ATLAS Credits and Refund Policy
ATLAS Credits are prepaid service credits used across supported ATLAS capabilities.
Usage value
100 ATLAS Credits represent $1.00 of retail usage value (one credit is $0.01). Credits are not AI tokens, cryptocurrency, stored cash, or transferable money. Different workloads consume different amounts based on the applicable pricing rule.
Accounts and grants
Individual is the default account type. New Individual accounts receive a promotional grant of 200 ATLAS Credits, once per person: addresses that differ only by a +tag (or, for Gmail, by dots) count as the same email, and disposable email addresses don’t qualify. Those accounts still work, with no free credits. Credits sit on the account wallet. Paid plans aren’t on sale during the preview. The pricing page shows the planned plans.
Metering
ATLAS measures service usage server-side. Estimates may differ from final charges. While a request runs, its maximum cost is held from your available credits; anything it doesn’t use is returned when it finishes.
Refunds
Confirmed duplicate or incorrect charges may be reversed through an auditable credit-ledger transaction. Promotional credits have no cash value. Purchased credits are generally non-refundable once consumed, subject to applicable law. Plan cancellations and billing-error refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
