Who we are
ATLAS is provided by ElderAI, Memphis, Tennessee, United States, which is responsible for the data described here. Privacy questions and requests go to [email protected].
Data we process
We process account details, authentication records, API requests, prompts and uploads, generated output, usage measurements, support communications, and billing records needed to operate ATLAS.
How data is used
We use data to provide and secure the service, route requests, meter usage, prevent abuse, support customers, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
No training on your content
We do not use your prompts, code, files, or completions to train or fine-tune any model, including ATLAS models.
Providers and retention
Approved infrastructure and processing providers may process data on our behalf only to fulfill requests; they may not use it for their own marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Retention varies by data type and account settings. Billing, security, and audit records may be retained longer where required.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the optional SMS box at signup or in Settings, we store your mobile number, the consent wording you agreed to, and the date and time (plus IP address and browser) of your consent or opt-out. We use that number only to send ElderAI account and product updates. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Your choices
You may update profile information and request account or data deletion, subject to security, billing, dispute, and legal retention requirements.
