How ElderAI text messages work and how to stop them.
Program name and description
Program name: ElderAI Account & Product Updates. ElderAI (elderai.cloud), operated by ElderAI, Memphis, Tennessee, sends account and product update text messages, such as account notices, credit and billing reminders, and new feature announcements, to people who opt in.
How you opt in
Texts are optional and never required to use ElderAI. You opt in by checking an unchecked box and entering your mobile number on the signup page (elderai.cloud/signup) or in Settings (elderai.cloud/settings#account). The box reads: “Text me account and product updates from ElderAI. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.” We record the date and time of your consent.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will get one confirmation and no further texts. You can also uncheck the box in Settings. Reply HELP for help, or contact support at [email protected].
Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
